WLJI-FM Gospel 98.3 Sumter SC has an opening for an experienced Program Director. The successful candidate must be able to provide direction, organization, creativity and strategy for our gospel format brand, including music, talent, imaging, promotions and production necessary to produce a marketable and sellable radio station. This position plans and supervises all on-air programming and production. An air shift may be attached to this position. This is not an entry level position and requires a minimum of 3 years verifiable radio experience. Candidates must pass a background check and be able to work a flexible schedule.
